I'm most at home with problems that live in tangled, interconnected systems—the ones where you have to understand the whole puzzle before any single piece makes sense. That's what draws me to content and product design.

I wandered into design via the scenic route. After undergrad, I spent a decade in the service industry, then pivoted into remote work March 2020— first in customer support at Stitch Fix, then operations at Sketch. Now I'm a team of one at Descript, managing the Help Center and creating enablement materials for every surface of an AI-powered video editor.
